I took my mother in expecting that she would need to purchase new hearing aids as hers were purchased in Maryland just over a year ago and the nearest place to have them serviced is in Wheeling which is not convenient for our family, but Dr. Presley is reaching out to the maker of the hearing aids to get the software and supplies she needs to be able to service the existing hearing aids! She most definitely exceeded my expectations and her receptionist was so kind as well!

I was having some issues with my hearing. I was looking for an audiologist near me. Then I saw their advertisement on tv. Their office is 5 minutes from me. I went straight down to their office. The receptionist was very nice She set me up with an appointment, took my insurance card to copy, gave me paperwork to fill out and bring back on my appointment day. Once my appointment day arrived (about a week later). I walked in, the doctor introduced herself and explained in detail each step of my hearing test. She explained my results in detail and answered all my questions. She had me try on a hearing aid to check for size and comfort. My hearing aid will be small, light weight, comfortable and the color she recommended will blend with my hair color. Once everything was completed, they set up my return appointment for my fitting once my hearing aid arrives. So easy! In and out in about an hour and you will completely understand what to expect! They are so polite and professional! I recommend Dr. Megan Presley, if you are looking for an Audiologist for you hearing issues!!!

Dr. Presley was phenomenal! I called Presley Hearing Center to make an appointment for my family and I. They were able to accommodate the four of us all in the same timeframe very quickly, and had all of our insurance info and paperwork ready to go as soon as we walked in. The staff is so kind! Dr. Presley was extremely thorough in her exams. She caught hearing loss in one of my kids, that the school screening had missed.
