New Patient Consultation Fee

At Presley Hearing Center, we believe that your time and hearing health deserve personalized, expert care.

Beginning July 1st, 2026,

all new patient appointments will include a

$65 New Patient Consultation Fee.

This Consultation Includes

  • Review of your medical and hearing history
  • Discussion of your hearing concerns and communication needs
  • Otoscopic examination of your ears
  • Interpretation of test results (when applicable)
  • A demonstration of prescription hearing aids (if applicable)
  • Personalized recommendations and treatment planning
  • Time to answer your questions and discuss next steps

Diagnostic Testing

If diagnostic testing is performed during your appointment, any billable diagnostic services will be billed separately to your insurance or as self-pay, as applicable.

Why Do We Charge a Consultation Fee?

Your appointment is more than just a hearing test. It includes the time, expertise, and clinical judgment of your audiologist to ensure you receive individualized recommendations and the highest quality hearing healthcare.
